Terms and Conditions of Trade
This document outlines the terms and conditions applicable to purchases made from StatLegends ("we", "us", or "our"). By placing an order, you agree to the following:
1. Parties
The agreement is between you, the consumer ("you"), and StatLegends, a business registered in Denmark, located at Emblasgade 153 1.th 2100 Copenhagen, VAT number: 40650431.
2. Payment
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Google Pay, Paypal etc.. All prices are shown in DKK and include VAT unless otherwise stated.
3. Delivery
Products are shipped within 1–5 business days after receipt of payment. Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer at checkout. We currently ship to EU. Shipping fees will be added at checkout.
4. Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with Danish consumer law. This period starts from the day you receive your goods. To exercise this right, you must notify us clearly via email statlegends2025@gmail.com within the withdrawal period. The product must be returned unused and in the same condition as received.

5. Return Policy
If you withdraw from your purchase or want to return an item, you must return the product no later than 14 days after notifying us. The return shipping costs are borne by you, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. Refunds will be made to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
6. Complaints
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible at statlegends2025@gmail.com. According to Danish Sale of Goods Act, you have a 24-month complaint right on defective goods. Complaints must be sent within a reasonable time after the defect is discovered.
7. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us first to find a solution. If an agreement cannot be reached, you can submit a complaint to:
